The Roche Malvialle gîte is ideally located in an exceptional natural setting, perfect for nature lovers. The hiking trails leave directly from the gîte, allowing you to discover the volcanoes of Auvergne. Whether you're looking to relax or explore, there are plenty of activities available, including hiking, cycling, exploring picturesque villages and historic sites, and tasting regional specialties at local restaurants and markets. This family house, completely renovated, is a true haven of peace for your stays with family or friends. Able to accommodate up to 12 people, this cottage offers all the comfort necessary for a memorable vacation. The cottage is composed as follows on the ground floor: -A kitchen with adjoining dining room -A living room -A bathroom with shower and bathtub and a closed toilet On the 1st floor: -A bedroom with a 140 bed -A bedroom with a 140 bed and a 90 bed -A bathroom with WC On the 2nd floor: -A dormitory with 3 140 bed and one 90 bed Outside, you will find an enclosed garden not adjoining the gîte with barbecue and games for outdoor fun in complete peace of mind.
