Electric heating. TV. Washing machine. To be paid on arrival: tourist tax, energy consumption, deposit by bank card fingerprint and possibly optional services (sheets, final cleaning, ...). Good condition (maintenance and painting). Rent every two weeks the first 3 weeks of August (other period: week).
