Superbe maison très confortable. L endroit est très agréable a proximité d un petit commerce de produits locaux et de belles balades à pieds. Petit jardin très agréable également. Super hôte qui nous a donné de bons conseils! Un WC supplémentaire aurait été un plus.

Wandern und Baden

Insgesamt ein schönes, sauberes Haus, das unseren Aufenthalt sehr angenehm gestaltet hat. Wissen sollte man: - Die einzige Toilette im Haus ist winzig klein, sodass man nicht gerade, sondern quer darauf sitzen muss. Davoin gibt es leider kein Bild in der Anzeige. - In der Anzeige werde keinerlei zusätzlichen Kosten erwähnt. Alle Bilder suggerieren, dass Bettwäsche enthalten ist. Der Vermieter verlangt jedoch zusätz 25€ pro Bett für die Bettwäsche und 120€ für die Endreinigung. - In zwei der Schlafzimmer sind kaum Verstaumöglichkeiten für Kleidung etc.

Sehr schönes altes Haus in ruhiger Lage

Stilvoll eingerichtetes sehr schönes Haus in dem die Geschichte bei jedem Schritt auf der Holztreppe und den freigelegten Holzdielen mitschwingt. Es fehlt an nichts, die Lage ist ruhig und nahe dem touristischen Zentrum mit Strand und Restaurants. Sehr freundlicher Empfang durch Frau Le Flock die in der Nähe wohnt und immer ansprechbar ist. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Urlaubsstart mit Pech

Uns wurde das Objekt übergeben, ohne Warmwasser und Heizung. Von Freitag bis Mittwoch morgen waren wir somit ohne Warmwasser und Heizung. Abends wurde es auch noch richtig kühl. Zuerst hatte dann mein Mann eine Erkältung und einige Tage später dann auch noch ich. Ich hätte erwartet, dass wir hier eine Minderung des Mietpreises erhalten, jedoch kein Angebot des Vermieters. Wir haben uns dann weiteren Mailverkehr erspart, da wir ja nicht mal eine Rückmeldung auf unsere Anfrage bezüglich Übergabe des Objektes am Schluss des Aufenthaltes erhielten. Das Objekt entsprach der bildlichen Darstellung. Die Sauberkeit, insbesondere Küche, ließ jedoch zu wünschen übrig Die Lage des Objektes ist hervorragend, man kann fußläufig zum Bäcker, zu Restaurants am Strand und zum Wandern.

Visite de Perros Guirec Balade sur le chemin des douaniers qui extraordinaire. Visite de Roscoff, lieu magique également. Baignade dans la baie de Perros Guirec, une superbe plage. La maison est à proximité de tout, très agréable.

Superbe maison de vacances à Perros-Guirec

Propriété très agréable entièrement rénovée, lumineuse et spacieuse (8 couchages au total), et très bien située puisque le sentier des douaniers et la grande place de Trestraou sont accessibles à quelques minutes à pied ! La maison est très bien équipée, à l'extérieur un grand jardin avec transats et table en bois . Nous avons passé un excellent séjour avec deux semaines de beau temps, l'accueil est très agréable et le quartier très calme !

Parfait ! Très bonne adresse

Très belle maison lumineuse bien équipée, avec un jardin très agréable et une excellente literie. La grande plage de Trestraou et le départ du sentier des douaniers sont à 5 minutes à pied. Maison idéale pour des vacances en famille ! Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir :)

TOP!!!

TRÈS BONNE LOCATION ! Jolie maison lumineuse, au calme et bien située. La plage et le sentier des Douaniers, sont à quelques minutes à pieds. Très bien équipée, rien ne manque et tout est neuf. Déco chaleureuse et reposante. Beaucoup de charme ! Nous reviendrons avec plaisir. Je recommande !
