"Great house in perfect location. Right in the heart of the town and ten minutes walk to the beach, yet very quiet. The house manager was very pleasant and responsive - we had a problem with the electricity on the last night and he came immediately. Two things would have bumped the score to a 5: more comfortable mattresses (very firm) and an information folder about the house, eg wifi code, location of fuse box (then we could have sorted the problem ourselves!) etc. "

"Overall a very enjoyable stay in Perros -Guirec. Very well equipped in good condition holiday home. Quiet neighbourhood with a 10 minute walk to shops and restaurants but this is down a fairly steep hill. This was not an issue for our party but may been a short drive for less able visitors. The only slight issue and I stress slight issue is the fact there is only 1 downstairs toilet placed in an under the stairs cupboard. Ideally there should be an upstairs toilet in the bathroom, this was not clear on the description. Again, this was not an issue for our party but would be for less able of larger parties."
