"Room was quite dirty, stains all over the carpet mold in the bathroom on the walls were gross and dirty. The bedsheets had holes and stains on them. The staff at check-in was extremely nice and super friendly and helpful anytime we needed anything. I would give them 10 out of 10 on friendliness and helpfulness. We were there with a group of three families and it was really just our room that was this bad. The other two rooms were OK so just don’t ask for a room 102."

"The woman at the front desk was wonderful! Our key card wasn’t working and she was so kind and helpful. The hotel is in a great spot! I like that they keep things simple and with the antique feel. Our remote was held together by packing or duct tape, that would be one of my only minor complaints. The room was quiet and clean."

"Overall it was an amazing experience. It was really beneficial that the property has a full time property manager. We accidentally tripped the breaker, and getting help to get the pool and hot water heaters running again was seamless. Beautiful property with tons of amenities for our group. Highly recommend!"

"Great cabin in the pine trees. Perfect for a quick getaway from the city. Close to Lake with plenty of trails and day use picnic / camp spots. Not too far from coffee shops, restaurants, and convenience stores. Deck was awesome. Plenty private."
