Lobby staff very friendly. Breakfast preparer we always look forward to her because she's super friendly, helpful, always smiling, engaging to all guest who enter and keep food area very clean and well stocked. The rooms need minor structural repairs and some furniture need upgraded. Property well-maintained and ample parking available.

This is very convenient to the interstate; however, the road noise was also pretty significant. The staff was welcoming, but the check-in process seemed to take extra time despite having pre-booked through Expedia. The breakfast buffet was very nice, and the lobby was nicely decorated. The price was right, and I was traveling with my dog, which did increase the room price by $30.

We stayed at the Best Western in Cordele, GA and it was exactly what we needed. Everything was spot on from start to finish. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well kept, and the overall experience was easy and pleasant. The staff was friendly, everything felt well organized, and our stay was smooth and stress-free. After a long day of travel, it was such a relief to stay somewhere that simply got everything right. Breakfast was pretty good, although the omelettes were dried out. We were very pleased with our stay and would absolutely stay here again.
