Thermostat on heater unit did not work. I was up every hour or two to turn it on or turn it off. Room was either really cold or really hot. Problem was discovered at 2AM. Upon checkout, no compensation was offered. It was not a pleasant stay!

I wanted to specifically thank the two women who were working on the morning of December 19, 2025. One was working at the reception desk (I believe her name tag said Mena, but I could be wrong), and the other woman whose name I don’t know was making sure the breakfast was always stocked and the eating area was clean. They were both incredibly helpful, understanding and just so kind when my son suddenly became ill just before checkout. They allowed me an extra hour for checkout, provided water and garbage bags, and were just so accommodating and empathetic while we tried to get situated. Besides those two wonderful women, the room was very nice and I would recommend this hotel for anyone needing a place to stay! Thank you for all of your help, ladies! I appreciate both of you so much.

Tootie in the breakfast room was so personable. You felt so welcome every morning. Mike and Mrs. Mike in housekeeping were the same way. Made our 6 day stay very comfortable.
