"Seascape was the perfect stop between Portland and Bar Harbor. Loved the special touches and surprise music theme of the cottage. And I had a great cup of coffee to start the day in the cute little kitchenette. Very clean, cold AC, and thoughtful little “extras.”"

"Carol and Carl thought of everything! The inn was an old Victorian, thoughtfully decorated in Victorian charm. It had two veranda‘s which my husband and I enjoyed sitting on. Our room,the Emerald room, had a separate door that took us right out to the rear veranda where we ate breakfast, had picnic lunches, and beverages at night. There was a thunder storm one morning during breakfast that provided such a tranquil and relaxing breakfast atmosphere on the veranda. Which brings me to the amazing breakfast that Carol and Carl served each morning. Thoughtfully planned three choruses breakfasts beautifully presented that will stay in our memories for years to come. The bed was comfortable, the pillows were comfortable. Their dogs were adorable. There really wasn’t anything to ask for the Inn was walking distance to town. we walked back-and-forth several times during the day it was that close. I highly recommend the jewel terra inn! This was our first time staying there, one of many visits to come."

"Wonderful waterfront views and quite walkable to all the downtown restaurants and shops. Still retains several old cottage features, though, like a steep set of stairs to the second floor, a tight shower stall, some aging carpeting and paint and the laundry machines are down in a dark, low basement which we opted not to use and took ours to a laundromat in town instead. That said, the location and views are terrific so despite the quirks we’ll hope to return again."

"We had a great week’s stay in this cottage. The location is perfect for exploring the mid-coast of Maine, and the house is very comfortable with small touches that make it an easy home base. Highly recommend."

"We had a great stay at Janet’s home in Belfast. The cottage was clean and had everything we needed, and we couldn’t get enough of the view. Our young daughters enjoyed walking to the beach and we even saw a whale in the bay! We hope to come back next year."
