"Rachael at reception made our stay beautiful from the start. I am 91 and require a walker to gat around. She was so cheerful and helpful. She brought the luggage cart around to our car and assisted me to take our luggage to the front lobby, then sent us to our room and followed up with everything. On leaving, did it all again. She is a gem!!"

"It’s always nice to be treated by the front office staff and be remembered, Check in is easy and informative. Parking is great, lots of space. Our favourite groundsman Ian is always a pleasure and informative as well as helpful. Always look forward to our stay. They could use two more umbrellas at the adult pool and a few lounge cushions missing.Rooms always clean and see that upgrades are constantly being done. Some of the guests don’t understand adult hot tub for adults and a kind reminder by staff took care of the noise and crowding. The screen doors a little squeaky and tend to slam when people forget others are below other than that a great place to stay."

"This is a beautiful, cozy and inviting place with lots of nature around and a short drive to Collingwood where one can find great restaurants and fun actives to do. The room was very comfortable and well equipped with kitchen items, mini breakfast and a nice balcony to enjoy in the morning with cup of coffee/tea. The eclectic decor made the room and the property charming and enjoyable. Highly recommend this booking."

"If you want to stay away from the crowds, you would love this place. Nice fire pit outside under large weeping willow trees. Heated pool and an old tennis court. The unit is bit dated but comfortable. Ten minute drive gets you to the most amazing French-Belgium Patisserie and coffee spot in Creemore. A Michelin restaurant is also there."
