My twin room faces internal court yard. So bit noisy with pub goers and air isn’t fresh due to window not facing the external walls of building. Staff member are very friendly.

Stayed in a single room, shared toilets and showers. Very cheap for location. Very secure parking behind security gate. Bar downstairs is good. Easy walk to all things Freo. Highly recommend if need an easy place to stay in the area

The area is disgusting so noisy late in the day when the people living in the cars right outside our window making noise. The ladies showers was new and clean.

Fabulous heritage building with original features in a great location. Reasonably priced rooms with windows that open. Traffic noise was noticeable but not too intrusive. Staff are lovely and helpful. Secure parking. Would definitely stay here again.

Having no lift was a huge problem as i have an open fracture in my foot. No toilet in room and no tv, but the location was too isolated for me.

It is not fancy. Is exactly as advertised. The staff were polite . I liked its great location close to port and train and shops and if I hadn't been unwell while there I would have gone downstairs to enjoy the pub! FYI contrary to what is said online there are no laundry facilities at this hotel! I had to go to a laudrautte down the street.

Overpriced in a rundown part of town

The hotel smelt very smoky. When the airconditioning was running it smelt musty. The window looked out over a muddy vacant block with a tent pitched in it. 1 of the separate, shared bathrooms was clean and functional, although the other had a blown light globe. There was no bathroom curtain, just a towel over the window. People kept leaving the bathroom light on during the night, which shone through our window.
