Comfortable stay

2nd time we stayed, very friendly staff, building is old but everything works and is functional. The pool area has been restored so feel new and fresh. Location is perfect and close to everything.

Had a fantastic location walking distance to Northbridge & the city. The staff were lovely & really helpful. The apartment was very well equipped, clean & tidy. The most comfortable bed & enjoyed having a bath. Fantastic value for money. Will definitely stay again!

Great location. 3 bedroom apartment is huge! Some minor issues: smell in ensuite, sticky carpet, no air conditioning in second bedroom (fan provided). Would stay here again.

Returned to stay after trying other places and remembered why it is such a good place to stay - especially for business. Rooms are adequate - a bit aged but comfortable - beds are comfortable and parking is great. Can walk to any number of restaurants and hotels nearby. Top Spot.

Plenty of room, all conveniences available, good parking for our large 4WD, one bathroom, the shower head kept falling off the rail and there were ants in the bathroom but overall a great spot.

Nice location and affordable rent, perfect hotel if you like cook and do your own laundry. If you are looking for some luxury experience, here are not your best choice:) definitely will go back again when I visit Perth next time.

Excellent location. Surprisingly quiet for Northbridge, no disturbance at all. A few maintenance issues but good value for a central apartment with free parking and pool.

Staff were very helpful - unpacking our online order for us as we were arriving in the early hours of the morning. Check in outside of reception hours was easy and stress-free. Some minor maintenance needed to apartment, as well as things like providing oven trays would be amazing, but overall we enjoyed our stay.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Convenient lift from basement to reach the floorwe stay. Spacious. Washer and dryer good for us as we have long vacation. Very convenient. Full kitchen which is superb. Great TV.

Property was good once you were in the room. The corridors and other areas not so appealing. Area around is good with lots of dining options, but a big party area and it seems a lot of the people who stay here enjoy a party and love to make noise in the courtyard downstairs at all hours of the night. Other than that it was ok, but I'll be looking around next time. Staff were good and nothing was a problem for them which saves the property.

Needs a good bug spray. Cockroach in the kitchen ants in the bathroom. Rangehood over stove didn't work. Beds could be updated too. We booked for 3 and got 1 towel. But otherwise a comfortable and convenient stay.
