The atmosphere is Bold, Luxurious, and Eclectic. Featuring rich textures, dark feature walls, striking artwork (including pieces from Peru and India), and warm, slatted wood paneling, the unit feels more like a private, urban art gallery than a typical coastal stay. Acoustic wall panels ensure a tranquil, private experience.
Inside the Property:
Bedroom: One serene bedroom featuring a Queen-sized bed and available mirrored wardrobe space. Please note: the bedroom is designed in an open-plan style and does not have a physical door.
Bathroom: A stylish ensuite bathroom with modern, herringbone tiling, a rain-style shower head, and high-quality black tapware. Stocked with essentials like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and fresh hand towels.
Kitchen: A fully-equipped kitchen featuring a unique retro-style matte black fridge, a gas cooktop, high-quality Italian cookware, and a filtered water tap.
Living Area: A deeply comfortable space with a large leather sofa, a Smart TV, and Wi-Fi.

Designated, Gated Parking: A designated, secured/gated parking bay is available for one car behind the building. No street parking available.

Please take note of the following important information for a smooth stay:
Parking Access: The parking area is gated and requires a specific access code or remote. Please ensure you retrieve instructions for the gate from your check-in guide. Only one designated parking bay is available, and there is no free street parking in the immediate area.
Open-Plan Bedroom: The bedroom has a large opening to the main living area and does not have a physical door, enhancing the open, loft-like feel.
Dining Area: The main `dining area` is located on the private balcony.
Drying Facilities: Paid communal dryer located on the lower level, plus an outdoor clothesline available for use.
• AIR CONDITIONING USAGE: To ensure optimal performance of the air conditioning system, we recommend setting the temperature to 23°C on hot days. Lowering it to 18°C or below may cause the unit to overwork, making it less effective in cooling the space. If you experience any issues with the temperature, please allow some time for the system to adjust. Should you need further assistance, feel free to reach out to us.
• BOOKING EXTENSION POLICY: If you would like to extend your booking last minute, please note that extensions can only be approved and paid for in FULL before 7:00pm on the day prior to your check-out date. If you wish to extend after this time, please note that there will be a fee of $150.00 which will need to be paid in FULL (to compensate the cleaner for last-minute scheduling changes) along with the extension rate. Please note that all charges will need to be paid upfront. If fees have not been paid for in FULL and it has approached your check-out time, then you will be required to vacate the property immediately. Please also note that if you make a new booking instead of requesting an alteration request to your booking, the cleaning fee will not be refunded.
• CANDLES/INCENSE: Please do not light candles or incense inside – it is a fire hazard.
• COMMUNAL RUBBISH DISPOSAL: Please place all rubbish in communal complex bins. Instructions in bin section in the guest handbook. Do not leave rubbish in open areas. If there is overflow of rubbish at your check-out, you will be charged a $100 disposal fee - please place all rubbish in bins.
• COMMUNITY: You should not disturb any common spaces outside the street or create a nuisance that disturbs the surrounding community. Failure to respect the neighbours, property manager or community concerns will result in the immediate booking cancellation.
• CONFIRMATION OF BOOKING: For verification purposes, you and any approved guests or visitors may be required to provide us with a current form of government-issued ID prior to confirming your booking or during your stay.
• CHECK-IN TIME: Check-in time is available as per your reservation details. Please do not access the property earlier, as we need time to clean and prepare for your stay.
• CHECK-OUT TIME: Check-out time should be completed by the time specified in your reservation details. If you are running late, please inform us as soon as possible. Housekeeping must be granted access if they arrive and you have not yet vacated. Please refer to our checkout procedure located on the property for further information. Late check-outs will result in late fees.
• CHECK-OUT PROCEDURE: Please ensure the property is left in good condition before you depart. Empty the fridge and pantry of any opened or perishable food, dispose of all rubbish in the bins provided, and make sure the space is tidy. All dishes must be washed and put away, and all lights, air conditioning, and heaters should be switched off. Remove all personal belongings and lock all doors when leaving. If you used a lockbox for access, make sure to return the key properly. Failure to do so may result in additional charges if our cleaners cannot access the property.
• DAMAGES: If you break or damage something during your stay, please advise us as soon as practically possible so we can arrange for its replacement or repair promptly.
• DRINKS & FOOD: Drinks or food must not be consumed in the bedrooms.Depending on severity and cost, we reserve the right to charge you an applicable fee for reimbursement and/or compensation.
• EARLY CHECK-IN FEES: If you are seeking an early check-in, we charge a minimum $50 early check-in fee depending on the time of check-in. The fee will need to be paid upfront and in advance for the early check-in to apply on the day of your arrival. If we are unable to accommodate an early check-in, check-in will be from 3:00pm or 4:00pm please refer to your reservation details.
• EXTRA CLEANING CHARGES: Extra charges will apply if the property is not left in an acceptable condition at check-out or if additional beds, bedding or linen are used.
• EXTRA GUESTS WITHOUT APPROVAL: If you have additional guests to what your booking details state, your booking may be cancelled immediately, and you will be required to leave the premises. No refunds will be issued.
• FURNITURE: Please do not move any large furniture inside the property. Chairs and smaller furniture must be shifted back to their original location upon departure.
• GUESTS WITH DISABILITIES OR ACCESSIBILITY NEEDS: To help us provide the best possible experience, we kindly ask that you inform us in advance if a guest with a disability or specific accessibility requirements will be staying at the property. While our space may have limitations in accessibility, we are committed to offering support and making reasonable adjustments where possible to ensure a safe and comfortable stay.
• ILLEGAL ACTIVITY: We do not tolerate drugs or illegal activity; in this instance, your booking will be cancelled immediately, reported to the booking platform and you will be removed from the property. No refunds will be issued.
• ITEMS LEFT BEHIND: Please ensure you collect all belongings upon departure as we are not available to hand back your items same day. If you leave something behind and would like this sent back to you, you will be required to pay for postage return of your item(s) which will attract a minimum fee of $50 to cover postage, logistics, and time to return your item(s).
