Staff were extremely helpful The property was clean but quite dated We had a room below the gym this was very bad as you could here weights thumping on the ceiling until quite late at night and it started again at 6.00 am Would recommend to ask for a room which is not on the 2nd floor The shower was over the bath which was quite high and that made it rather difficult to get into - there were no hand rails The breakfast was lovely with plenty of choices We would stay again but make sure we got a room away from the 2nd floor and with a walk-in shower

Well located hotel just outside City with attractive grass strip in front of main entrance leading to Swan River. Friendly and efficient staff. Hotel becoming dated with upgrade needed soon!
