Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Bulk Rubbish like large boxes (pizza Boxes included) need to be taken by guest as we have small bin space.
House must be left as clean and tidy as possible. Recycling bottles can be left inside the accommodation.
Place back any furniture was moved, it need to be placed to its original position, Extra charges might apply if furniture is left misplaced.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Quiet hours from 8 PM; no parties or events. No pets or smoking on the property. No EV charging, deck power points not for use.
Lagoon-Pool open Nov–Mar, shared with owners; enter at own risk, supervise children. Only booked guests allowed, permission must be seek for visitors
Firewood $35/basket or bring your own- dry. Leave clean and tidy, report any damages. Please respect neighbors, wildlife and signs within the property
