Dear Ming,We are so sorry to hear that you weren't satisfied with our WIFI service. We will be sure to check that in case there was a technical issue, as it always supposed to give a strong WIFI signal. As for the microwave, we apologize if there was any confusion when you were choosing a room type, however only our studios, called self-contained rooms, with kitchenette have microwaves. Glad to hear your stay was otherwise fine. Hope to see you again next time you are in the area!

Nice comfy bed and cool air conditioning. Pool was very enjoyable on a hot day. Nice and shady. Close walk to shops for groceries and alcohol.

Room was very clean and fresh! It's perfectly covers all your needs. Restaurant isn't anything flash, but the breakfast had great portion sizes! Good value and perfectly cooked food.
