Very comfortable place to spend my first night in Australia. It felt very homely & I was completely at ease. A few things would have made it even better.. the entrance was rather dark & on opening the door I fell straight down the steps...so improved lighting would great. Also there was no clock which was difficult as I arrived from an international flight, quite disoriented. Also the vanity basin plug was extremely stiff.

Handy Fremantle accomodation
Thanks Andrea the stay was as described. Excellent bed and linen supplied and only a few minutes drive into all the Fremantle attractions. It’s a shame previous guests did not leave plates and some cutlery clean as had to rewash them.

Andrea was very friendly and helpful the accommodation was clean and comfortable. I did not find the booking app user friendly at all and needed to contact the host directly

Fremantle Swan River Studio - a special space in an interesting place!
The Studio is located on the bank of the Swan River in East Fremantle, in the Plympton Ward, settled by Europeans in the early days of the Swan River Colony. Surrounding the Studio are the lovingly restored late 19thC workers’ cottages, opposite is the renowned Tradewinds Resort which started life as The Plympton, the old local public house. Close by, in walking distance, are cafes, boutiques, the Ferry stop to Rottnest Island and up river to Perth, Beach Street for river walks and the popular Left Bank, a great place for breakfast with river views of the working Fremantle Port. The convenient transport links into Fremantle and Perth enable the visitor to explore further and buy groceries without a car. All the hustle and bustle of this part of Fremantle and in particular the nearby traffic and train bridges make 3 Hubble Street a vibrant noisy spot, with Bridge noise 24/7. Believe us we’ve stayed at the Tradewinds across the road with a river view and we were awake all night! Not in Fremantle Swan River Studio - the architecture and decor provides an oasis of calm, great to come home to after a busy day of business or pleasure. The bed is heavenly and the Studio a lovely place to be. Joy

Place was cleaned and everything is in order. Could not work out the air conditioning. It’s cold even though the heater is on all night. Thanks for letting us stay, we have felt at home there. Cheers to your success!

A week by the river
I was pleasantly surprised when is arrived. Bright, well furnished with all amenities. A walk to Fremantle if you like to walk which I undertook a few times. Close to buses, the Tradewinds and other cafes. Not to mention very comfy bed Will stay again

Great Studio Stay
Email via Stayz & personal meeting with owner Andrea very swift, efficient and friendly. Studio easy to find, parking right outside. Location close to major roads so easy navigation in city. Decor, cleanliness, amenities all as shown on site - great space & light & colours & quirks. Lovely comfortable bed and linen. Outside on June nights of our stay - cold, severe weather warning, winds, heavy rain. Inside studio - warm, secure, peacefully nestled out of the way due to location, very comfortable space to relax & sleep. Really pleased to have found this studio - thank you Andrea.

Nice apt close to the river
The apt is small but with enough space for two people a two huge luggage!Always a parking lot availble in front of the house. The entrance is quite tricky and a little bit dark especially during the night but not a problem at all. The only thing we didn t like has been the washing basin in the bathroom, really too small for everything, we have to wash our teeth in the kitchen's one.
