Wake up to breath-taking waterway views, sip your morning coffee on the balcony, and enjoy the best of Mandurah`s coastal lifestyle with a jetty right outside your door. The jetty may be available upon request but must be approved in advance. The owners store their boat here, and it may not always be possible to move it. Whether you`re soaking in the views or exploring the nearby beaches, cafes, and shops, this secure home is ideal for those seeking relaxation and adventure.

Once your booking is confirmed, you will be directed to our guest app. Prior to check-in, you will be required to complete an identity check by scanning your licence/passport and credit card before being provided with your arrival instructions. This provides security for the owners of the property so they are comfortable that you are who you say you are and you have the documents to prove it (similar to a hotel check-in procedure). We do not charge your card, nor does it get stored by our system, and you are welcome to block out some numbers, but please note that our Guest App has the highest level of PCI compliance available. This process is necessary due to the fact that we have a self-check-in system.
Please note there are outside perimeter security cameras at the property. These are in place for both your security and the property. The cameras must not be removed, covered, or adjusted at any time. By booking with us you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in our Rental Policy and agree to follow our HOUSE RULES:

Really enjoyed our little getaway at this property. It is clean and tidy and perfect for a quick holiday not far from Perth. So relaxing to sit on the deck and watch boats, paddleboards and the occasional dolphin go by!! We couldn't work out how to use the coffee machine (the online instructions were too confusing and it is a very fancy machine!) but other than that, everything was wonderful. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you.
