Whilst the location and hotel appearance were great. I believed that I had paid for a room with a balcony & sea views of Scarborough. After inspecting the room, I returned to the front desk to ask for a room with a view - to which I was advised that there was no room available with the view. This was terribly disappointing and I believe false advertising as the photos for the room clearly show sea views. I may as well have chosen a cheaper room in Perth City.

The hotel is extremely clean. It smells lovely and is in a fantastic location. We came for a sports tournmanet that was being played in Doubleview. The hotel has laundry facilities and decent packing. Also has an amazing french bakery and Dominos located in the building. Staff were lovely. Only thing that is a negative was the repair and maintenance was a little bit lacking. The rooms needed re-painting and proper touch ups and the drain doesnt drain very well and water floods the floors when the shower is in.
