Perfect for a solo retreat or romantic getaway for two, this private space features a Queen bed, kitchenette, and a secluded patio with river views. Enjoy a peaceful setting with your own entrance, steps from scenic river paths, cafes, and Optus Stadium. A perfect base to unwind and explore.

We welcome you to enjoy this sweet, light-filled studio, offering everything you need for a memorable stay. While you'll likely be out exploring the abundance of local eateries at your doorstep, this 'home away from home' provides all the basics for a comfortable and tranquil visit. While this studio is attached to our primary residence, your ultimate privacy is assured.

Living & Sleeping: The main space features a comfortable Queen bed and a cozy nook with a desk and Wi-Fi, perfect for remote work. The TV conveniently swings around, allowing you to watch from bed.

Kitchenette: The compact kitchenette is ideal for light meal preparation. It includes a microwave, toaster, kettle, washing machine, and dryer. Please note, there is no oven or stove.

Bathroom: A separate, private bathroom includes a shower, toilet, and vanity.

Very nice property

Enjoyed my stay, suited me well for my needs, would only request one thing…a pen and note pad would be wonderful.
