Guests have full access to the 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment, including the kitchen, living area, and bedrooms. They can also use the building's amenities, such as the swimming pool and gym (8 am to 8 pm daily). Secure parking is provided. Parties or events are strictly prohibited.

Please note: Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Secure parking is provided. Parties and events are strictly prohibited in the apartment. Unauthorised gatherings will result in immediate eviction. Please be mindful of noise levels, especially between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. The building amenities, including the pool and gym, are available from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM daily. Please treat the property with respect and leave it in a similar condition to how you found it. Lost keys or fobs will incur a $500 replacement fee. Smoking is allowed, but please ensure proper ventilation and dispose of cigarette waste responsibly. The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
1) Turn things off (TV, lights and aircon) 2) Throw away rubbish - main rubbish bins located on ground floor carpark. 3) Please gather used towels and place in provided laundry baskets.
4) Please place any dirty dishes in the dishwasher and run a cycle on check out - dishwasher tablets are under the sink. 5) Return Keys to the lock box on departure.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

The apartment was very clean and had all that we needed. The apartment manager provided excellent communication in the lead up to and throughout our stay. We will definitely be staying here again in the future.
