High ceilings and a private balcony create a light, open space to relax. Walk everywhere from this central location, with free parking available if needed. A comfortable, well-appointed stay ideal for couples or solo travellers exploring Fremantle.
- The law states the residents are entitled to `quiet enjoyment` in their home therefore the following guidelines are to be followed otherwise a loss of the security deposit may occur.
- No loud music or other potentially disruptive sounds between 7pm and 7am
- Please keep voices down if using the balcony after 7pm as the sound travels easily into adjoining apartments and across the complex.
-No smoking in the stairwells or the balcony as smoke can enter neighbouring apartments easily.
- Please always drive slowly in the car park area
