Welcome to The Whitehouse in South Yunderup — a beautifully renovated 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom lakeside villa offering comfort, convenience, and serene surroundings, perfect for families or small groups.

Set against the peaceful lake, this retreat features a luxurious master suite with a king sleigh bed, ensuite, lake views, and its own TV. Two additional queen bedrooms offer cozy stays, all with ceiling fans.

The open-plan kitchen, dining, and lounge flow seamlessly with split system AC and full lake views. The fully equipped kitchen includes a Thermomix, modern appliances, and all essentials for a convenient self-catered stay. Enjoy a 65” smart TV, complimentary Wi-Fi, and in-house laundry with washer and dryer.

Outside, the space shines with views of peppermint trees and a direct path through to the beach — exactly why you’ll love staying here.

Guests also enjoy access to a pool and tennis courts, and we’ve added extras for your comfort: high chair, portacot, a Jumbuck BBQ, tennis gear, and basketball. Parking for 2 cars is available at your door.

Clean and Tidy

Overall a nice little property with a reasonable location. Check in was arduous. I think i may have used 3 apps in total to book and gain access.Might be worth noting for the owners that not every utensil/appliance in the house needs to be the cheapest you can find!

Whitehouse Stay

Great setting accommodation beautifully presented. Only issue was access as entry was electronic by logging into a site provided this was challenging. But overall great weekend had by all. Would recommend the White House
