RUBBISH DISPOSAL - At the front of the complex is the rubbish disposal section where you will find the general rubbish & recycling bins which is shared among all residents. - A map showing this is located in the property behind the front door and also the check-in instructions also. - You agree that you will comply with all rubbish disposal rules.

• SPIRAL STAIRCASE - this property comes with a spiral staircase. Please make sure you have a look at this staircase in our photos. Bedrooms and bathroom are located upstairs.
• NO PETS! If there is evidence that you had a pet stay at the property, you will be charged a $200 AUD deodorising fee.
• STRICTLY NO SMOKING - If there is evidence of smoking inside the property, you will be charged a $200 AUD deodorising fee. • BOOKING EXTENSION POLICY: If you would like to extend your booking last minute, please note that extensions can only be approved and paid for in FULL before 7:00pm on the day prior to your check-out date. If you wish to extend after this time, please note that there will be a fee of $150.00 which will need to be paid in FULL (to compensate the cleaner for last-minute scheduling changes) along with the extension rate. Please note that all charges will need to be paid upfront. If fees have not been paid for in FULL and it has approached your check-out time, then you will be required to vacate the property immediately. Please also note that if you make a new booking instead of requesting an alteration request to your booking, the cleaning fee will not be refunded. • SECURITY CAMERAS: This property has security cameras to the external areas which management check regularly at all hours. If these are tampered with in any way, your booking will be cancelled, you will be asked to leave, and no refunds will be issued. • NOISE MONITORING DEVICE: This property has a noise monitoring device which management check regularly at all hours. If this device is disconnected during your stay, we will be notified of this disconnection, and you will be at risk of having your booking cancelled immediately. • CONFIRMATION OF BOOKING: For verification purposes, you and any approved guests or visitors may be required to provide us with a current form of government-issued ID prior to confirming your booking or during your stay. • CHECK-IN TIME: Check-in time is available as per your reservation details. Please do not access the property earlier, as we need time to clean and prepare for your stay. • CHECK-OUT TIME: Check-out time should be completed by the time specified in your reservation details. If you are running late, please inform us as soon as possible. Housekeeping must be granted access if they arrive and you have not yet vacated. Late check-outs will result in late fees. • CHECK-OUT PROCEDURE: Please ensure the property is left in good condition before you depart. Empty the fridge and pantry of any opened or perishable food, dispose of all rubbish in the bins provided, and make sure the space is tidy. All dishes must be washed and put away, and all lights, air conditioning, and heaters should be switched off. Remove all personal belongings and lock all doors when leaving. If you used a lockbox for access, make sure to return the key properly. Failure to do so may result in additional charges if our cleaners cannot access the property. • EARLY CHECK-IN FEES: If you are seeking an early check-in, we charge a minimum $50 early check-in fee depending on the time of check-in. The fee will need to be paid upfront and in advance for the early check-in to apply on the day of your arrival. If we are unable to accommodate an early check-in, check-in will be from 3:00pm or 4:00pm please refer to your reservation details. • LATE CHECK-OUT FEES: Unfortunately we don’t offer late check-outs.
