About this property
Private vacation home Luberon sud 8 pers swimming pool 15m on 4 ha so peacefull
- About twenty kilometers north of Aix-en-Provence, pretty Bastide of 200 m² renovated in 2016 is located in a very quiet environment on a flat land with olive trees of 3.033 ha.
Since the pool of 15x7 m, located in a dominant position slightly away from the Habitation, the view is breathtaking on the Luberon and the surrounding vineyards.
The house facing south is composed as follows:
On the ground floor, large entrance opening on the one hand on the dining room and the kitchen with access to a large terrace on the south, entrance living room, plus sejour 70 m 2 cathedral height, laundry.
Ground floor: Large bathroom, a toilet, home theater room that can be converted into a bedroom including a sofa bed.
Floor: 3 bedrooms and a bathroom.
