"I have visited Kodaikanal many times and stayed at various places but this stay was probably the best experience. Comfortable and clean room. Clean and non-smelly bathroom. Toilet looked new. Excellent buffet breakfast. Excellent play area for children with swings and slide. Parrots, Emu, guinea fowl and ducks, badminton and table tennis, village-styled tea shop were nice added benefits. Easy check-out - no waiting in line - just handed over the room card and left.Cordial smiling staff."
"View from the property in the night and morning is simply mesmerising, staff is very helpful specially sateesh took care of all of our needs. Offbeat location but worth it"
"It was a worst experience staying in Lumino, I was charged extra than the money I paid online. But paying that also it was a worst experience. Bed springs where gone, bathroom locks where broken, bathroom door was half broken, tv didn’t work, pathetic smell, worst staff behaviour and their body language, 6*3 bathroom size worst to the core, overall very terrible experience "
"This is not a hotel, it’s a hostel. The worst place, even if you are in an emergency the reception will not answer your call. The beds are soo old and uncomfortable, we booked for two days but could not even sleep one hour first night and the acting manager promised to refund the second night as we moved to another hotel but the reservations team refused to refund us. Terrible service overall. If you are going from western countries, definitely not the hotel to book"

"Sterling Kodai Lake amazed us! The lush green garden was beautifully maintained, and the property itself is a stunning highlight of Kodaikanal. There were many great photo spots in the facility. The service team was wonderful, and overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay by the lake."
