Quiet apartment along the river located about 4 miles east of Leavenworth.

Nestled neatly along the Wenatchee River, just about 3 1/2 miles east of Leavenworth. River Park Condo is a nice quiet one bedroom one bath, unit with a hideaway queen size bed in a couch so a small family or group of friends could enjoy being together. Amenities include a full kitchen, with a microwave, coffee maker, toaster, ice machine, blender, dishwasher, dishes, pots & pans, some mixing bowls; everything you might need. There's a closet with an iron and ironing board. There's a washer and dryer just in case... The condo unit has a covered outdoor picnic area, a community fire pit, another more private covered area... all in a park like setting along the river... it's nice! The TV has a Roku player you can use to login to your favorite streaming or just watch what's available... but really, people don't come here to watch TV. There's great internet service and Wi-Fi,. There are even some books to read as well.

The property was larger than I anticipated and it was clean and well equipped with the basics such as eating and cleaning supplies, bedding, etc. The river was right outside the door, and it was easy access to Leavenworth, which was only about a 5-10 minute easy drive away. Highly recommend, and I would definitely stay again!

The Perfect Getaway

We stayed for a week following an Alaskan Cruise. The location was great, right next to the river. We played golf, hiked, visited Leavenworth twice, and took a boat trip up Lake Chelan to Stehekin. The condo had everything we needed and was very comfortable. It was a fantastic week.

Wonderful Family Getaway!

We had an amazing stay at this property with our family (kids ages 6 and 8). The location on the river was perfect—plenty of grassy space for the kids to run around and play, and they loved dipping their feet in the water. The house was incredibly well-equipped with everything we needed to cook our meals, which made it feel like home. One of our favorite memories was making a fire in the fire pit outside and enjoying a peaceful evening under the stars. This is a perfect spot for a relaxing family vacation. We can’t wait to come back!

A perfect Leavenworth getaway!!

This property is ideal for a quiet stay close to Leavenworth but away from the hustle and bustle of the actual village area. It’s just a few miles outside of town, right on the river and perfect for a couple. We made this home base as we hiked, biked, and ate all over the area. The host was extremely responsive and provided more than we could ever imagined. The property was clean, comfortable, and well appointed. We will absolutely stay here again on next trip to the area!!

Fabulous place to stay

Easy access to condo. Covered parking was great since it had snowed a lot that weekend. Condo is very nice, clean, warm, cute, and well stocked. The view of the river was so pretty with all the snow coming down. Great communication from the host and a binder in the kitchen answers a lot of any questions you may have.

Comfortable and accommodating apartment in a quiet location. View of the peaceful Wenatchee River, birdsong, and ample lawn space, Area for picnic under Canopy of pine trees (Also a covered area with picnic table). Lovely spot for a getaway, quick access to Leavenworth and the surrounding area. Very responsive owner. Absolutely no problems or concerns.

Thanksgiving getaway

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. It was comfortable and having a kitchen available was a plus since we had two dishes to bake for Thanksgiving dinner. Be aware the oven runs hot, drop your temp 25 degrees. We appreciated the condo being nice and warm since it was cold outside. It was also nice to have a quiet place to retire to after a noisy day with family. LOL

I brought my girls for the weekend to attend a family wedding. This place was exactly what the description said. The girls really enjoyed the river right outside the door. Peaceful, beautiful location on the Wenatchee River

It was easy to communicate with the owner, Fred, who responded instantly to our few questions. The apt is clean, the kitchen is full size so easy to cook for ourselves. The River was spectacular, bank high and fast flowing and fun to watch rafters zip by. Great quiet location for adults, but I would not recommend bringing young children IF they would wander close to the fast river without adult supervision. Nice covered picnic areas to enjoy along the river. Very comfortable bed and living room furniture. Perfect for a couple’s getaway!
