The room was clean and supplied my needs. I was disappointed in the WiFi which was basically non-existent in the room I was in. I was also disappointed that I couldn't access the pool area. I was pleased with the nearness of shopping as I was without a car and could easily access shops and stores. I would stay again.

Good value for clean accommodations, comfy bed, fridge, microwave & a great shower, excellent complimentary breakfast with many good options and a wonderful friendly staff attendant willing to help. (Maybe the best complimentary breakfast I have had the pleasure of receiving!) Great for this solo female traveler on business trip. Highly recommended! Thank you!

Clean room, very little outside noise despite being off of the highway, friendly staff. Close to fueling, grocery stores and dining options. A very easy and stress free place to stay.

We thought this was such a value! The beds are comfortable. The shower is hot, and the complementary breakfast was generous. After reading the reviews, we brought earplugs for sleeping and had no problem with the street noises. Highly recommend doing that! The staff is very friendly and hard-working.

Hotel charged me $150.00 for security deposit , which was more higher price than other previous upscale I was two days before and it is in a nicer area. By the way, hotel does not have escalators. So prepare your muscles to get all your luggages yourself.

Carolina the Office Manager checked me in. Very friendly. Very clean and comfortable room. There is quite a bit of road noise being close to 101 and off 2 busy roads.

The location is very convenient. There are nearby places to eat and shop within walking distance. The only issue is that the nearby street is busy and a bit noisy. When trying to find the place, it is easier to pull into where Cafe Bellini is and go around to the back parking lot.

I had a nice stay there. I must point out The staff was very friendly from the lobby, kitchen and maids. I would definitely book again when Im visiting the area. If you are too sensitive for noise at night it might be a challenge for you as it's on main streets but it didn't bother me.

I absolutedly LOVED staying here!! From check in moment to the last day in this hotel I enjoyed every detail! Check in was easy and fast, even though I had a late arrival after 8 hours driving it was nice that check in was a breeze! The bed was comfortable, the room was so spacious, it was 4 people that stayed and there was so much space that probably like 6-8 people fit comfortably! The bathroom was so big and it had 2 doors conveniently! We got the suite with 2 king beds and a sofa bed, there was a microwave, a mini fridge, 2 TVs and a small coffe maker! My only complaint was that since the room was at the very end, there was noice from peope going up and down the stairs, one night specifically where guest were being abnoxiously loud which is not the hotels fault, but other than that it was quiet and I would highly recommend it! There was an old hotel smell though, but for the price I paid, I can get over it, I just sprayed some body spray and it was fine! I will be back again next time I visit my brother at Sonoma State! Also check out was so easy receptionist was awesome, we went to the Cafe Bellini next door to the hotel, literally walking distance and the food was delicious, a must try, a little on the pricey side but so worth it!

Excellent staff, comfortable bed
Everything you could ask for at the breakfast buffet. Very friendly helpful staff The room was very small with older fixtures but clean and quiet with a very comfortable bed.
