A paradise for hikers, historians, and nature lovers! Twenty acres connect to thousands of acres of state-protected land. The Wapack Trail runs along one side of the property, and Casalis Forest borders the other. Across the road are Miller State Park and Cunningham Lake. Hike for miles on trails that have been used since before the founding of the USA—thousands of acres and miles of trails await.
The cabin is located on the historic "Mountain Road" (now a Class 6 trail), which was the main road to Peterborough during the late 1700s and early 1800s. The property is surrounded by cellar holes, making it a dream for hikers, hunters, and metal detector enthusiasts.
Animal-friendly! In the warmer months, there is a small farm with chickens and pigs.
