Great property in fantastic location.
The property was perfect for a large group and allows you to spend time together as a group or to do your own thing if you're looking for a bit of peace and quiet. The pool, hot tub and sauna were well enjoyed and the house was generally well equipped and very nice. Just a couple of things to be mindful of - there is no wi-fi (which was quite nice and is in the advert), you'll need a cable to attach your phone to the speakers, for the money the late check in at 16:30 and early check out at 09:30 are a little unusual as you actually get way less than 48 hours for the price. There was some flexibility for a 10am check out but it was then extra money to check out later than that. Transport links, supermarkets, quiet location and you are left to your own devices which made the stay very enjoyable.

Aufgrund der vielen Zimmer, ausreichend Möglichkeiten zum Rückzug, ansonsten gemütlich kuschlige Zeit im Wohnzimmer/Kücke im Familienkreise. War ein tolles Wochenende. Nicht über FEWO buchen, viel zu teuer! Lieber direkt beim Vermieter.

Fantastisch
Vielen Herzlichen Dank für die schöne Zeit die wir in ihrem Haus verbringen durften. Kleine Anregung, die wir aber auch schon dem Abwart mitgeteilt haben, eine Sitzecke am Zaun zu den Nachbarn. Ansonsten ist es ein super Objekt in dem jeder seinen Rückzugsort hat aber auch die Möglichkeit für viel Geselligkeit.

Unfassbar Toll!
Wir waren mit unserer Zocker Gemeinschaft eine Woche im Haus "Salz" - Wir waren begeistert! Der Kontakt mit dem Hausmeister und auch die Übergabe waren super. Nett und Ehrlich! Das Haus ist super, richtig toll eingerichtet und Platz für ALLE! Wir hatten eine wundervolle Woche abseits von dem ganzen Corona Ärger und werden mit Sicherheit wieder buchen. Der Hausmeister war die ganze Woche für Uns am Start wenn etwas war und es lief ALLES ohne Stress. Vielen Dank für diese tolle Woche, und wir sehen uns wieder ;)

Schöner Aufenthalt in Brandenburg
Eine schöne, gut gepflegte Unterkunft. Die Parkmöglichkeiten im Hof sind prima und selbst für unsere Gruppe ausreichend. Die Ausstattung der Küche lies keine Wünsche offen. Die doppelt vorhandenen Waschmaschinen, Trockner und Spülmaschinen sind prima - vor allem bei einem so schwitzigem Wetter :-). Der Pool war sehr er"frisch"end. Der Hausmeister hat bei der Übergabe mit dem vermutlichen "Berliner Charme" sehr deutlich darauf hingewiesen, was nicht geht, das hätte man auch freundlicher formulieren können. Bei Problemen war er aber sofort zur Stelle. Alles in allem eine schöne Ferienunterkunft.

Schönes Objekt in guter Lage ... Bedingungen etwas "scharf"
Wir waren mit 8 Erwachsenen und 8 Kindern für eine Woche in dem Haus. Toll ist, dass jedes Zimmer ein eigenes Duschbad hat. Ebenso ist der Terassen- und Gartenbereich sehr großzügig und mit einem großen Tisch ausgestattet, so dass bei gutem Wetter viel Platz vorhanden ist. Bei Regen oder schlechtem Wetter stellen wir uns die Wohnküche dann aber doch etwas eng vor, vor allem, weil in den Zimmern keine wirklichen Sitzmöglichkeiten vorhanden sind. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber, Geräte sind ausreichend dimensioniert (Doppelkaffeemaschine, Spülmaschinen (!!), Kühlschrank). Der Pool ist toll und vor allem durch das überbaute Zelt auch bei viel Sonne gut nutzbar - die Kids haben es geliebt. Gleiches gilt für den holzbeheizten Whirlpool. Praktisch empfanden wir den S-Bahn Anschluss (45 min nach Berlin) und die Nähe zum Wald. Soweit so gut. Etwas abgeschreckt haben uns die sehr scharfen und klar kommunizierten Regeln und "Strafzahlungen" bei nicht gereinigtem Grill oder nicht abgezogenen Betten. Es hat wohl in der Vergangenheit Vorfälle mit Nachbarn gegeben (wofür wir übrigens durchaus Verständnis haben, wenn wir uns eine stärker feierorientierte Gruppe fürs Wochenende vorstellen!), aber u.E. kann man das auch anders formulieren und rüberbringen. Am Ende war es aber alles gut - schließlich hatten wir mit einer dB-App vorgesorgt und recherchiert, dass Kinderfreude nicht als Lärm im Sinne von BImSchV gilt! ;-) (Apropos Lärm: einige Mitreisende empfanden die vor dem Haus verlaufende Straße bei geöffnetem Fenster als laut.) In Summe ein schönes Objekt mit guter Ausstattung in guter Lage.
