Not at all a customer-oriented hotel. The spa costs extra, which is fine, but you don't really figure that out until you're already trying to use it, and then you have to go down to reception, and it's a whole thing. HARBR. Hotel Konstanz, a member of Radisson Individuals
All rooms and common area were very well maintained. Garage in the basement was very convenient. Great location as one can cross a pedestrian bridge to old town
