Very nice house located in a quiet resort. The location is perfect for visiting both islands for hiking, diving, beaches, museums etc, Nice porch, pool and garden. We cooked almost daily and the kitchen worked very well. Grocery store requires driving by car. We had the bad luck that the water distribution agency had a bigger problem than normal so we had for almost 4 days no water. JeanFrancois has been keeping us up to date and tried to accommodate us. Despite this water issue we stayed since we liked the place very much.

Le logement est conforme à l annonce et aux photos : spacieux, confortable, bien équipé et avec une architecture typique de la région. La piscine est un vrai plus. Nous avons pu facilement rayonner depuis Petit Bourg pour visiter l’île. Les commerces sont à 10 min de voiture. Jean Francois est un hôte discret et réactif. Très bonne communication. Séjour en famille à la Guadeloupe

Ne cherchez pas plus loin pour louer une maison, celle-ci est parfaite pour une famille … elle est idéalement située pour permettre de visiter L ‘île sans avoir à faire trop de route. Elle est très bien équipée très grande très confortable. Elle se trouve en plus à proximité de commerces. Nous avons passé 15 jours merveilleux dans cette belle maison. L'accueil était parfait, le propriétaire est vraiment sympa et toujours à l'écoute de ses hôtes, une tite bouteille de Rhum nous attend pour bien débuter notre séjour ! La maison est conforme aux indications sur l'annonce. Rénovée, dans un cadre idyllique avec une végétation luxuriante au calme sans vis-à-vis de la route. Idéalement située à Prise d'eau, au milieu du papillon pour faire le moins de kilomètres possible en une journée. Je vous recommande vivement cette location ! Pour sûr nous reviendrons ! Excellent séjour !

Nous avons passé un séjour idyllique dans cette villa parfaitement conforme au descriptif. Elle est spacieuse, confortable, très bien équipée, aucune promiscuité même à 6 personnes. Très bien située, elle permet de rayonner dans toute la Guadeloupe, que ce soit sur Basse Terre ou Grande Terre. Très bon accueil de Monsieur Pontonnier qui loge dans une dépendance à côté de la maison, il est à l'écoute, disponible mais discret et de très bon conseil. Nous avons adoré la terrasse avec accès direct sur la piscine, qui nous était exclusivement réservée, le coin apéro ainsi que la grande table familiale pour les repas en extérieur. Piscine et jardin parfaitement entretenus par le propriétaire. Aucun vis à vis, la villa est entourée de végétation luxuriante. En résumé, nous reviendrons !

Au calme, un endroit idéal à proximité de beaucoup de sites à visiter. Nous avons profité au maximum de la piscine et de la terrasse. Un cadre génial pour oublier le tumulte de la vie parisienne. Nous avons passé le réveillon du passage à l'an 2019 en Guadeloupe à Petit-Bourg. Une belle villa créole située à l'entrée de la forêt tropicale, nous étions 4 adultes et 2 jeunes enfants. Calme, propreté, très bien équipée, spacieuse avec une belle piscine régulièrement nettoyée par le propriétaire, un homme charmant. Les oiseaux qui nous accompagnent au petit déjeuner, le chant des grenouilles le soir, c'est dépaysant et reposant à la fois. Situation idéale pour visiter Basse-Terre sans faire trop de kilomètres, et à proximité des commerces . Nous recommandons cette location.
