Luxurious villa in the Hauts de Petit Bourg, city crossroads serving Grande Terre and Basse Terre. It is located in a private wooded property, ideal for lovers of green tourism (hiking in the forest, rivers with waterfall, national park des Mamelles, garden plants). The villa is spacious, well ventilated and lighted. It is equipped with a swimming pool with salt secured by immersion alarm adjoining the main terrace, Internet WIFI, a TV, a DVD player and DVD at disposal, a library, rooms air-conditioned , A fully equipped kitchen. Possibility of two additional passengers under certain conditions. Très belle villa, bien équipée, seul petit bémol, il n'y a pas d eau dans la villa entre 17h et 21h.

La villa est superbe, bien équipée, bien située, mais pas d eau à certaines heures de la journée....on peut prendre une douche et accéder aux toilettes dans un cabanon à l extérieur. D autre part, la caution est encaissée, et pas encore remboursée au bout de 5 jours....alors qu'en principe ça devrait rester une garantie..... Le manque d eau mériterait une remise sur la prestation car à 4 personnes, avec une seule douche et un seul toilette pendant 4h...C'est un peu compliqué. Nous avons volontairement loué une villa avec 1 salle de bains et un toilette par chambre et finalement avons dû nous adapter à cohabiter avec un seul point d eau pour 4 personnes...pas vraiment le service réglé (1840€) pour 11nuits....Nous espérons un geste commercial. Merci d'avance.

Très belle maison idéalement située pour découvrir la Guadeloupe

Maison dans un environnement calme très bien équipée. Les enfants ont adoré la piscine et les hamacs. Le 1er jour, le frigo était rempli avec de quoi se faire un repas, ce qui a été très appréciable compte tenu du fait de notre retard à l'arrivée. Les conseils de visite de Stéphanie et Jean ont été utiles. La maison est très bien située. Elle permet de visiter à la fois Grande Terre et Basse Terre.

Décor verdoyant pour une villa très agréable à vivre

La villa est spacieuse et bien équipée. Les salles de bains sont grandes, très propres et bien agencées. L'une est privative et la seconde dispose de deux grandes douches italiennes au goût du jour. Les chambres du rez-de-chaussée disposent de grands rangements et les frileux peuvent même se couvrir d'une couette ! Son emplacement sur les hauteurs de Petit Bourg pourrait en rebuter certains (la plage n'est pas accessible à pied...) mais cela permet de profiter d'une température très agréable. Sa conception typique permet une excellente ventilation naturelle et nous n'avons pas utilisé la climatisation durant nos 12 jours de présence. L'éloignement (relatif) du bord de mer nous a aussi mis à l'abri des moustiques, ce qui est très important étant donné la spacieuse terrasse qui s'étend sur trois cotés de la maison et incite à la détente en extérieur jusqu'à l'heure du coucher ! Les équipements intérieurs sont corrects et en quantité suffisante pour le nombre de personnes pouvant être logées dans la villa. La villa est très bien entretenue et la propreté est irréprochable. La maison est implantée sur un grand terrain bordé d'arbres et d'arbustes fleuris qui permet de profiter de l'extérieur sans être gênés par les vis-à-vis, les séparations en végétaux locaux sont efficaces et agréables à regarder. La documentation mise à disposition par les propriétaires concernant les appareils ménagers, les activités touristiques ainsi que de nombreux livres et des DVD permettent d'organiser au mieux le séjour sans l'avoir préparé à l'avance. Dernier avantage : les propriétaires sont très avenants et disponibles en cas de souci. Le reproche qui pourrait être fait à cette location est la taille de la piscine dans laquelle on peut faire trempette, mais pas des longueurs.

un trés bon séjour

Un accueil chaleureux malgrés notre arrivée tardive imprévue! Des attentions plus qu'appréciables de la part de nos hôtes comme les lits faits et le frigo rempli à notre arrivée. la Maison , à la campagne au calme, est bien organisée et bien ventilée. Rien ne nous a manqué. Nous avons été ravi de notre sejour.
