"It was clean, very basic , used as a base for our daytime adventures. It was pet friendly.I am thankful we did not really eat meals in , the dumpster was overflowing when we arrived and the same when we left. Be prepared , you hear every movement from the upstairs apartment and unfortunately no fault of the rental company, that the upstairs was rented to noisy people .The WiFi access was annoying and would not stay connected. These are just small items but it did give an overall impression."

You probably are more attentive than me but I didn’t understand that there was no microwave on property so just plan accordingly. "Great access to Acadia National park makes it easy to go hiking and walking distance to downtown but not in the middle of downtown if you want to stay out of some of the crowds. Property Manager was very helpful and reaponsive."

"No contact from property manager or owner for requests , sheets had pubic hair from previous booking , I asked for new bedding and said I would change it myself, things happen I get it, dirt on the floor sticking to socks and feet, paper thin walls, unusable balcony, we left after only one night without communication from anyone to find a cheaper, bigger, much cleaner place, with much more privacy, "
