"Good location, easy access"

"We had a wonderful three night stay! The view from the second floor is just beautiful, and we loved sitting on the bench in the morning and looking at the bay. Our room was very clean and comfortable. It was very nicely decorated, too. Before checking in, the property had sent a message saying they left earplugs for us because the walls tend to be thin. This made me super nervous, but noise wasn’t an issue at all! The air conditioner is just loud enough that we never heard anyone around us. It is important to note that isn’t really like a standard hotel. There isn’t a lobby or office. They send you a code to check-in and a phone number to call if you need anything. We had to ask for fresh towels or toilet paper when we saw a staff member, and our room wasn't cleaned once we checked in. For us, this wasn’t an issue, but I would have liked at least the floor swept due to the sand from us going to the beach. We are pretty easy-going, so we didn’t mind that our beds weren’t made by a housekeeper each day or that we had to empty our own trash. The view, comfort, and price was well worth it, and we will certainly be back next summer!"

"Our stay was great. The only issue we had was I was charged the full price of the stay on my Chase card AND they charged another $381.00 on my debit card that I originally booked with. I spoke with the manager in the morning and she said it will be reversed in 3-5 days. We shall see if that happens. I was told that this happened to more people than just me and that multiple people had to be refunded."

"Wonderful friendly and helpful staff, nice hot breakfast and easy parking. Clean room and comfortable beds. Only complaint was that there were a lot of rude guests that were loud and disrespectful. Quiet time for the hotel isn't until 11 pm and other guests were in front of our room on the covered porch area drinking, smoking and playing loud music and talking on their phones on speaker until close to that time. That was the only bad experience, which since they technically didn't have to quiet down until 11 pm was beyond the hotel's control, that kind of put a damper on the nights we stayed there as we are normally in bed by 10 pm."
