We were placed in a room next to the main drag of town, so it was incredibly loud with semi trucks all night. It wasn’t a restful stay. Wish we could've experienced a different part of the hotel.

This hotel is perfectly situated by all the action-well, as much action as you want in Charlevoix. The receptionist/reservationist/bartender, Joanna made us feel right at home. Walking distance from restaurants and the river, this beautifully appointed hotel is hip and has beautiful interiors. We will be back!!

Beautiful hotel. Brandon, the desk clerk was wonderful! So friendly and helpful! The hotel was immaculate and our room was wonderful. Large corner room, fantastic bathroom; only downside was traffic noise as the room was facing the Main Street. It quieted down around 11:30 pm but started up again around 5:30 am. Lovely courtyard area with fire pits and a beautiful lounger area where a very good continental breakfast was served. Went up to the roof top bar area for an awesome view, but was not around in the evenings. Would definitely stay here again.

Great rooftop bar with live entertainment. Views of the city and lake. Convenient. Short walk to all the bars, restaurants, and stores. Can't comment on the pool as we didn't use it. Hotel has been updated and the rooms are big. We would go back.
