Updated & short walk to downtown Charlevoix!

  • Recently updated colonial! Beautiful open floorplan that leads to outdoor deck with gas grill and bistro table overlooking a fenced in back yard with a playset, picnic table and firepit! Just 2 blocks from city center. Right in the heart of Charlevoix! Three bedrooms and full bathroom upstairs, with an additional bedroom and full bathroom downstairs. House was bought in 2019 and during 2020 the entire house has been renovated! All bedrooms have a ROKU Smart TV. We know you will enjoy our happy place as much as we do :)

We love hosting wedding guests, but our home is not a gathering place. The house (indoor and outdoor usage) is solely for the guests staying (6 max)

July/August stays are 7 days with check-in/out on the weekend. Rest of the year is a 3 night minimum with any check-in/out day :)
