Spacious Holiday Home “Can Casta” with Pool, Wi-Fi, Terrace & Garden

The cosy and nicely furnished holiday home “Can Casta” is situated on a 1150 m² plot of land in Petra, a town in the centre of Mallorca, and is a great starting point for exploring the scenic countryside and the beautiful coastlines. The 2-storey holiday home consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 6 bedrooms as well as 6 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 12 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a washing machine and cable television. A baby cot and a highchair can be provided on request. The beautiful private outdoor area comprises a garden and a terrace (open and covered) with seating furniture for you to relax and spend the evenings, as well as a barbacue, sunbeds and a pool for refreshing swims. From the property, you can reach supermarkets, cafés and restaurants within 2-4 minutes on foot (150-350 m), while a pharmacy is 650 m or an 8-minute walk away in the centre of Petra. The nearest beaches, such as Playa del Muro, can be reached after a 25-30-minute drive (20-22 km) along the coast between Can Picafort and Port d’Alcúdia, and the famous dripstone caves “Coves d’Arta” are a 40-minute drive or 39 km from the property. The centre of Mallorca’s vibrant capital Palma can be reached after a 40-minute drive (45 km), as well as the city’s airport.



Street parking is available. Pets are not allowed. The house offers you a lot of privacy as all the bedrooms are separated. It is ideal for families, groups of friends, and yoga or meditation retreats. Parties are not allowed and loud music and noise is forbidden after 23 h.



Heating is available for an extra fee.

Groups under 25 years old are not allowed.

A second baby cot can be provided for a fee.
