The staff went above and beyond—surprising each of my kids with a stuffed animal and even keeping the restaurant open a little later so they could have dinner after a long day. "Great breakfast- and so many steps!! There is a lift, but there are floors off to the side between floors as well. Room was spacious, clean bathrooms. Fairly quiet, for being in such a busy location. Highly recommend. "
