Cozy house, beautiful view, ideal for families and couples. OI FIBER INTERNET.

  • Located in Itaipava Country Club with 24-hour security, the house is placed in the center of the ground, which has a beautiful deck-gazebo and a barbecue area, hammocks and garden furniture.
    COZY HOUSE, for up to 06 people maximum (4 in the main house and 2 in the guest house), irreversible, with panoramic view over the Itaipava mountains, in a quiet, quiet and surrounded by greenery. Suspended from the ground by a single pillar, the house is composed of a living room with an integrated American kitchen, a suite, a bedroom and another bathroom. Both bathrooms have showers and hot water gas heaters that also frame the water from the kitchen sink. GUEST HOUSE for extra guests (maximum 2) at the cost of R $ 100,00 per extra guest per night. This guest house consists of a large bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with electric shower, balcony and beautiful view as well.

Casa muito linda, cercada de natureza e tranquilidade.

Para quem quer descansar e ficar em contato com a natureza é o lugar perfeito. Só escutamos barulhos dos pássaros e o vento nas árvores. Amamos ficar hospedados numa casa com a arquitetura muitíssimo peculiar e uma história belíssima. A limpeza da casa é impecável. A Sandra é um amor, super solícita, nos atendeu sempre que a solicitavamos. E ainda pudemos levar nosso pequeno mascote, que para nós foi primordial. Voltaremos sempre que pudermos. Estadia perfeita!

A casa é muito boa e com todos os utensílios necessários para uma boa estadia . A Sandra é uma pessoa ímpar e que me deu muita atenção todo o tempo . A vista da casa é belíssima e dispensa comentários. O condomínio tem toda infra estrutura mas não utilizei porque cozinhei em casa. Enfim , tudo perfeito e eu voltarei com certeza mas não recomendo para crianças pequenas e idosos por conta do terreno íngreme e da escada e das janelas de vidro .

O local é fiel ao que se encontra oferecido no Site. Na verdade ainda melhor e mais agradável. Como nossa intenção era descansar e relaxar o local foi super adequado. Os cômodos são amplos, não falta material na cozinha e a área externa é super lega. Para quem aprecia ler um livro, conversar, apreciar a natureza, tudo isso é muito bom. Além do mais tem lugares próximos para ir passear. Dona Sandra também foi muito atenciosa e respondeu nossas dúvidas e pedidos de orientação sempre que foi solicitada com a devida rapídez. casa confortavel e acolhedora com vista maravilhosa. Para quem gosta de contemplar a natureza e sensacional. O condominio e muito bonito. A casa nao tem televisao e e necessario usar o carro para tudo até mesmo para ir à portaria do condominio. A dona da casa foi muito atenciosa. A luz de um dos quartos estava queimada. Acho que nao é um lugar indicado para quem tem criancas. Local mais indicado para adultos.

Casa excelente no meio de uma natureza exuberante, aconchegante e super completa (móveis, utensílios, eletrodomésticos, roupas de cama/banho). A casa é muito bem cuidada e possui todas as facilidades necessárias. Fica imersa na natureza. Apesar de ficar dentro de um condomínio, não parece que temos vizinhos próximos. É ideal para relaxar. Não é longe do centro de Itaipava, onde encontramos restaurantes fantásticos. A Sandra, proprietária, foi sempre muito simpática e atenciosa. Nota 10. Esperamos retornar.

Um excelente fim de semana com uma paisagem deslumbrante e uma casa aconchegante e funcional. A proprietária é super simpática. O local confere privacidade e ainda contamos com a sede do Country Club e seu restaurante. Recebemos a casa limpa, lençóis e travesseiros ultra limpos e perfumados.
