"The room is very small, and the walls were dirty. I was placed in a room for a person with disabilities, even though I am not disabled, and I was not informed about this in advance. The room didn’t have a toilet seat, and the shower was неудобный, which was very surprising to me. When I went to the reception to ask what the problem was and why there was no toilet seat, I was told that it was a room for disabled guests as all other rooms are not available. I was quite surprised that I had been given such a room without any prior notice or confirmation, especially since I had booked the hotel in advance. Seeing my dissatisfaction, they offered to change the room, but I no longer felt like moving. Moreover, the hotel does not have an elevator, and I would have had to carry my suitcase up the stairs to another room, as the standard rooms are located on the upper floors. The breakfast was very limited. Overall impression: 3 out of 5."

"The hotel was superb. Very pleasant environment all around the hotel and staff were very helpful and friendly. Minor issue was faced with positions of the shower head - and it allowed too much water to flow on the bathroom floor. However Hotel staff was helpful and provided plenty of extra floor towels to prevent spread. I would definitely recommend the hotel for location, great environment, staff, and nice rooms."

"I was expecting better given the star rating and the hotel’s reputation. The location is not as close to the airport as advertised — guests must wait for a shuttle, which also comes at an additional charge. I felt misled by the information provided. Additionally, the staff did not seem friendly or willing to assist, which was disappointing. For a hotel of this category, this was not the experience I expected."

"Hotel was super convenient to and from the airport with their shuttle. You have to reserve a seat on the shuttle, so we let them know what time we were landing. Room was comfortable and had everything we needed. We had dinner and breakfast in the restaurant which was nice."
