"Good location, just a bit off the (noisy) downtown. Parking right beside bldg. Simple breakfast included."

"Stayed our last two days of a 2 week holiday before flying home. One of those days was very bad weather, so it was a great place to just relax comfortably staying warm and dry indoors! We appreciated the muffins and coffee available in the mornings, and staff were helpful with any questions we had. There is free laundry available to guests, although we did not need to use it. Parking was plentiful and convenient to our room. Convenient location to the airport and other places around St. John's."

Sandman Signature St. John's Hotel

"Generally, a good stay and if we were in St. John's again we would seriously consider staying at Sandman. Unfortunately, neither the pool or the gym were available. I had to ask for a rubber mat for the shower and was told mats were only provided for customers with bath tubs, which we did not have. That is a terrible policy as the shower was very slippery. As well, there needs to be a review about allowing pets to stay in rooms. We had a very yappy little obnoxious dog right next door, but he, (and his owner) were both given another room. There was also a very large and vicious looking dog, fortunately muzzled) walking the halls with its owner. I hate to think what could happen if that dog was somehow allowed to escape. Very good that a Denny's and Moxie's were both on site. Front desk staff were very helpful and welcoming. Good parking accommodations."
