When I arrived, they said that someone was in that room and for some reason it did not show it on hotels.com that the room was taken. I asked at least two or three times as long as the other room that you put me in has a large countertop space he kept telling me oh yes, they all have that large counter countertop. It did not. Then they would not give me back the price difference. In the morning, I tried to speak with a manager and she was cold and rude, argumentative & acted like it was my problem, not hers and said well here here’s the number to corporate. "

"It was a place to lay our heads is all I can say on the positive. It was highly outdated needed up, kept in the worst ways. The fixtures in the tub were completely stained and tarnished. It honestly needs a major renovation."
