"Kitchen / diner area is a great space but the house is tired with walls missing paint, garden overgrown, most of the toilets have temperamental flushes and it doesn’t sleep ten as suggested. 9 people max which was a surprise when we arrived as a booking of ten. "Loved it here! We stayed for 2 nights and are already planning our next visit. The food was exceptional: afternoon tea was one of the best I have ever had, and the Mediterranean breakfast was delicious. Spa facilities are lovely, as are the staff in the spa and the treatments they provide. We loved the heated outdoor pool, and spent plenty of time in it even though the weather was a bit dull and rainy. Didn't matter! The room we were in was spacious, clean, and modern. The hotel interior and lounge areas are cosy and well designed. Really feels like a relaxing, comfortable place to be. My husband's favourite part about Homewood: the pick'n'mix station at reception! A great touch, and we still talk about it. Can't wait to return!"
