Domaine du Grand Vallon comprises an 18th-century farmhouse with 5 bedrooms. The estate features a large 10m x 5m swimming pool that can be heated by a heat pump, allowing its use to extend into April and October. The fully air-conditioned farmhouse has 5 bedrooms, 2 with en-suite bathrooms, plus a separate bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a small dining room, and a living room with a large fireplace (not functional). It can accommodate 10 people. The swimming pool is equipped with an alarm and has an outdoor shower. There is a ping-pong table and the possibility of playing pétanque in front of the farmhouse. The farmhouse has a large covered terrace. A charcoal barbecue is available. The farmhouse has Wi-Fi. This property is perfectly suited for a large family gathering, a reunion with friends, or a fantastic holiday where several families can spend time together while still having some privacy. That's why we also rent the farmhouse and the house separately. The property is just a 10-minute walk from the centre of the thriving village of Peymeinade, where there is a supermarket, numerous small shops, as well as several bars, cafes, and restaurants. There is a weekly market selling local produce, clothing, and souvenirs. Peymeinade is an ideal location for exploring the treasures of the French Riviera, the Alpes-Maritimes, and the Var. Peymeinade is just 5 km from Grasse, with its famous perfume factories to visit, spectacular views of the French Riviera all the way to the sea, and the winding cobbled streets of the old quarter. The nearest beaches are a half-hour drive away (Cannes, Antibes, Juan-les-Pins). The beautiful Lake Saint-Cassien, 15 minutes away, also offers excellent opportunities for swimming and water sports. In winter, the ski resorts of Gréolières-les-Neiges and Andon are about an hour's drive away, and Valberg, Auron, Isola 2000, and La Foux d'Allos are about two hours away.
