Great hotel
Nice, traditional German-style, family run hotel in wonderful area.
Only downside for us was that it was slightly between seasons so the restaurant was closed.
All residents receive Konigspass card, which is fantastic , giving free access to many local activities/ attractions (eg bike hire/cable car lift etc). This isn't mentioned in Hotels.com info, but is a great system.

Nur für kurze Aufenthalte geeignet
Wir waren 14 Tage in diesem Hotel. Bei der Ankunft mussten wir 5 Minuten warten, bis jemand zur Rezeption kam. Das Zimmer war sauber, aber es fehlte eine Garderobe um seine Jacken aufzuhängen. Das Frühstücksbuffet war O.K. Im Bad fanden wir nur ein Mini-Dusche mit einen Duschvorhang vor. Die bitte für ein Zimmer mit einer größeren Dusche wurde zwar ohne Probleme nachgekommen, jedoch wurde uns an der Rezeption nicht mitgeteilt, dass in jedem Zimmer an der Dusche ein Duschvorhang angebracht ist. Dies erfuhren wir dann vom Zimmermädchen. Laut der Bilder im Internet ( bei Hotels.com sowie auf der Hotel Homepage)
wird mit einem Bild eines Bades mit Tür in der Dusche geworben. schon alleine aus Hygienegründen sind Duschvorhänge ein no go. Es wurde nicht ein Mal nachgefragt, wie es uns gefällt und ob wir zufrieden sind.
Das angepriesene Spielzimmer mit Tischtennis und Billardtisch sowie der Fittnessraum waren ebenfalls nicht zu finden. Und zur Krönig des ganzen hat der Pächter des im Haus befindlichen Restaurants das Handtuch geworfen und es wurde mit einem Zettel an der Eingangstür darauf hingewiesen, das das Restaurant bis auf weiteres nicht betrieben wird.
Der Ort Pfronten Röfleuten und die Umgebung sind immer eine Reise wert, jedoch würde ich nie wieder in diesem Hotel buchen!!!

Sehr nettes Hotel
Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt. Das Zimmer war renoviert. Es lag im 2. Stock. Es gibt sogar einen Aufzug, sodass es kein Problem war das Gepäck hochzubringen. Wir hatten einen Balkon mit einem Tisch und 2 Stühlen und eine tolle Aussicht auf die Berge. Schön wären allerdings Abtrennwände zu den anderen 2 Zimmern auf dem Gemeinschaftsbalkon gewesen. Das Zimmer war klein aber ausreichend. Es gab genug Stauraum. Das Bett war sehr bequem. Wlan hat prima funktioniert. Das Bad war groß mit einer begehbaren Dusche. Seife und Fön sind vorhanden. Ein Regal zum abstellen von z.b.Kulturtasche wäre schön und Haken um die kleinen Handtücher aufzuhängen. Das Zimmer war sauber. Frühstück war sehr gut. Buffet -aber wegen Coronazeit gab es keine Selbstbedienung. Im Restaurant waren wir auch und waren sehr zufrieden. Das Personal im Hotel und im Restaurant war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Genial ist auch die Königscard, die man mit Zahlung der Kurtaxe erhält. Damit kann man sehr vieles in der Umgebung kostenlos nutzen. Das Hotel liegt sehr schön. Mit dem Auto kann man viele Sehenswürdigkeiten gut erreichen. Auch direkt vor Ort kann man schön spazieren gehen/wandern. Wir können das Hotel empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.

Die Lage war schön. Da wir aber etwas spät gebucht hatten, haben wir Zimmer gekommen, welche renovierungsbedürftig sind. Bei der Abreise haben wir erfahren, dass demnächst alle Zimmer renoviert werden.
