"Not value for money as we paid Rs. 5500 for a quadruple room on first floor. Old age people find difficult to climb stairs. Host is very friendly, and you will find all basic amenities. Location: Situated at the end of Kashid beach approx. 2.5 Km, near to mountain and creek makes it perfect for nature loving, full of tranquility and serenity. "The property is nice and comfortable. Enjoyed the stay. However the service is terrible as there is no means of communication with the front desk. Also multiple times, request for breakfast , water etc took lot of time. We are early risers and need breakfast early. They served at 10AM!!. They need to improve their service drastically."

"Experience was ordinary, room quality poor, hospitality by staff was bad, location to resort not convenient. Only saving grace was food which was of good quality and value for money. Reception executive pathetic in behaviour. Charged 1000/- extra per kid without any addon in room just to cover occupancy & breakfast."
