"VERY HELPFUL AND RESPONSIVE STAFF: rooms 512 and 514 below pool were noisy during day. dust mites or other insect caused bites so moved to 4th floor room and no further problems. management assured me old room would be thoroghly cleaned. very nice breakfast included. menu reasonably priced. staff friendly and helpful. travel package servuces reasonably priced and very helpful. cleaning crew abundant and helpful."

"The hotel had a charming boutique style feel. Cleanliness was absolutely top-notch, which stood out the most to me. The views were refreshing and beautiful, especially the lake view and the view of the stupa, both of which made the stay even more enjoyable. Staff were polite, respectful and knowledgeable. "
