Clean room, staff was all extremely efficient & the city was going through a blizzard & short staffed was wonderful!! Restaurant & lounge closed due to storm.

Staff were great. Hotel was nice overall, room not as great as anticipated given a 4-star hotel. Shower door did not shut properly. Bathroom door did not latch.
