Honestly, the only reason the hotel gets an average rating is because of the excellent service from the front desk staff. The lady at check-in, the manger, and both the individuals at check-out were great. The young man who came and changed our linen because the sheets on the bed were dirty was very helpful too and we appreciate you all. The bartender though, an older guy, seems like he could use a little customer service refresher. Also, we noticed a random safety pin on the bathroom floor after we came back from dinner, but we know we don’t/didn’t travel with or purchase any safety pins and we had both been in the bathroom multiple times. Going back to the bed sheets needing to be changed because not only did the sheets have stains but there were actual crumbs on the mattress and couch. Lint/dirt on the bathroom counter and hair in the shower. We have pictures/videos if management would like to see, feel free to reach out.
