This quaint enjoyable Junior one-bdroom apartment in Philadelphia offers a cozy retreat for guests. It's in a private walk up building. The neighborhood boasts quaint historical buildings mixed with multifamily apartments or "brownstone Brooklyn style" walk up units with common bay windows. Our place is in a very nice location on tree lined "faith area". Germantown Ave private schools, library cobblestone Ave is a short two avenue distance. In the bedroom, Room features a desk, own separate 50" TV from LR smart TV, ample floorboard heating, WiFi, fan & remote control A.C. The kitchen has tall fridge, electric jr stove, microwave,etc. Also included for use: hair dryer, kitchen access, cooking pan by outlet, mini waffle maker and own coffee maker in room! -Your stay will be welcome ,comfortable and convenient! Experience the magic of Germantown Philadelphia at our apartment off main avenue transport friendly antique cobblestone family area! Many bus routes take you to plazas, clothing stores , fast food and many grocery options nearby. There is a 24hour Save-A-Lot food market and dry good liquor stores in Grocery near Chelten ave. Linens, towel and bath supplies provided. just ask! Regional rail to Amtrak or Airport
